  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Await further instructions from our customer service team.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is preferred, we will arrange for a new product to be sent at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the product’s performance.

  • Improper use, storage, or application of the product.
